2022-2023 Initiatives
EACH ONE. REACH ONE. TEACH ONE.
This is a campaign emulated from a school district in the state of Georgia aimed to support students in the following areas:
- Family Stabilization - provides basic needs for our most vulnerable students aimed at reducing absenteeism, transiency, and homelessness.
- Learning Interventions - provides students with additional resources that assist remediation or other special accommodation.
- Scholarships - provide students and teachers with funding needed to pursue post-secondary opportunities as well as specialized training to enhance the classroom experience.
Your donations will provide need-based scholarships towards primary and secondary school education. Unfortunately, education is often sacrificed when impoverished families are trying to make ends meet.
MEDICAL MISSION WITH A VIRAL FOCUS - COVID 19 & HIV
TAF is partnering with local charities and various clinicians and specialties to provide HIV education, HIV Prevention and Treatment to the people of Imo State, Nigeria with a high HIV prevalence rate in the country. The funds we hope to generate will be directed towards logistics, therapy/medications, and counselling services due to the cultural context of the stigma that persists around the disease. Studies have suggested that reducing stigma does increase the individual as well as community acceptance of people living with HIV-AIDS

Our Mission
Our organization was formed to support health, innovation, and cultural awareness in struggling communities by providing access to medical care, infrastructural improvements, education, and technology.
Between 2021-2022:
- TAF provided food during the pandemic to rural communities in a revered ancient society (Isu Ancient Kingdom) in Nigeria.
- TAF raised money towards healthcare costs for a young girl - Vivian - who desperately needed a kidney transplant and unfortunately succumbed to complications from the disease.
- TAF assisted in roofing a small native hall, a local gathering place for a group of neighborhoods in Nigeria, fostering a sense of community and ongoing cultural education.
- Our goals for 2023 focus on healthcare and education. Specifically:
- Support a medical mission focused on providing HIV education and HIV therapy to a heavily populated state in Nigeria with the country’s highest rate of HIV. The funds will be directed towards logistics, therapy/medications, and counselling services due to the stigma that persists around the disease.
- Provide need-based scholarships towards primary and secondary school education.
